These terms govern your use of Greenline’s website, mobile app, and web apps, and the landscaping service we provide through them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Greenline Lawn LLC (“Greenline,” “we,” “us”) provides tech-enabled landscaping for apartments, HOAs, and commercial communities, together with the software that residents, property managers, and vendor crews use to schedule, track, and document that work.
Greenline accounts are created for people connected to a property we service — residents of a community we serve, managers of a property under agreement, and crews of vendors we work with. Accounts are generally set up by us as part of onboarding your property, rather than opened by anyone on demand.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Keep access to that email address and phone number secure; anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — particularly your service address and any access instructions, which the crew relies on to do the work.
Residential plans are offered on a recurring schedule (for example weekly, bi-weekly, or every three weeks). Scheduled dates are estimates: weather, equipment, safety conditions, and access problems can move a visit. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule a missed visit promptly.
You can change plans, pause service, or resume service from the app. Plan changes take effect as described in the app at the time you make them, and billing is prorated accordingly.
Work beyond your plan (add-on or one-off work) is quoted separately and performed only once approved.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you pause, change, or cancel it. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Amounts are charged for services performed in the physical world. If a charge looks wrong, contact us — we would rather fix a billing mistake than argue about one.
If a payment fails, we may pause service until the balance is resolved.
You can pause service from the app at any time, with no fee, and resume when you want the crew back. To stop service entirely, or to close your account, use Account → Deactivate account in the app or contact us. Deactivation stops recurring billing; any amount already owed for work performed remains payable.
We may suspend or end service — with notice where practical — for non-payment, for unsafe or abusive conduct toward our crews or staff, or where we can no longer safely or lawfully access the property.
Service requires that the crew can reach the areas to be worked on. Please keep gates unlocked or provide a working gate code, secure pets, and clear the area of items that could be damaged or that block equipment. If the crew cannot access the property on a scheduled visit, the visit may be treated as delivered.
Crews photograph completed work as proof of service. These photos document the property and the work performed, and are used to show you and your property manager what was done, to resolve disputes, and to improve our operations. See the Privacy Policy for who can see them.
Greenline grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for the purposes described here. We retain all rights in the software, our brand, and our content. You retain rights in the content you submit, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service — to store it, display it to the people described in the Privacy Policy, and process it to deliver and improve your service.
We stand behind the landscaping work we perform. If something was missed or done poorly, report it through the app and we will make it right.
The software, by contrast, is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits any warranty that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the apps is limited to the amounts you paid us for service in the twelve months before the claim.
This section does not limit liability for personal injury, property damage caused by our negligence in performing landscaping work, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the apps and these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. If you continue using Greenline after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Greenline consent to their jurisdiction.
